I like your photos! So what's the next step?
Weddings: If you're interested in booking us for your next wedding event, contact us, and we’ll schedule a studio meeting. We’ll show you our price offerings, go over an agreement, and answer any questions then. At that point, a 50% retainer is required to lock in your date. Alternatively, you can book, sign, and pay online too. Feel free to contact us from then until your scheduled event. On the day of the event, the remaining balance will be due. We'll save, cull, and edit your photos, then send you an online gallery, usually within 30 days.
Sessions: If you’re interested in scheduling a photo session, contact us , and we’ll discuss details. You can book, sign, and pay online. Sessions include travel, service, and editing your photos. After the photoshoot, We’ will save, cull, and edit your photos, then send you an online gallery, usually within 2 weeks.
What do your prices include?
We keep everything very simple and straight forward. No fine print or hidden cost! Wedding packages include travel, service, editing, digital photos, and online gallery. Sessions include travel, service, and editing. Prints and packages are sold separately. We include a print release for any purchased digital photos to print and share.
What about refunds?
The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable. This is to insure that you are as committed as we are! In the extreme case that we are unable to attend due to sickness or death and no substitutes are found, then the initial 50% retainer would be returned. Only the remaining balance is refundable in the event that the pictures are lost, destroyed, deleted, stolen, act of God, etc. after the wedding. If a percentage is recovered, only the amount recovered would be prorated.
How many photos will I get?
It really depends on the schedule of your event. we generally like to shoot around 50 photos per hour, but it could be more or less depending on location, set-ups, and the amount of time given to shoot. Each event is different, so there is no specific number of shots. We'll shoot, have fun, and move on when you're ready!
When do I receive my photos?
You should expect to review and receive all of your finished photos within 30 days.
How many people will be with you?
In most cases, there is just one lead photographer. A second photographer can be added if needed.

What time will you arrive?
We like to arrive about a half an hour early to familiarize event location settings. Let us know your schedule and we can go over details in advance!
